Who can apply?

Any graduate/undergraduate, staff/executive level officers, university academia, private sector managerial level officers, entrepreneurs (age 20 – 40) who shows leadership potential can apply.

Certificate Awarding and Membership

In order to be an active member, the “awardee” should demonstrate at least one year of productive-active engagement in a chosen field and sustain a moral high in the community.
