වසර 1,750ක් පුරා අනුරාධපුර-පොලොන්නරු යුග සමයේදී අප සතුවූ දැවන්ත, ස්ථාවර සහ තිරසර ආර්ථික බලය සහ ඊට අදාළ තිරසර ප්‍රතිපත්ති නොවුණිනම් සුවිසල් ලෝක පූජිත නිර්මාණ කරමින් වසර 2,500 කට අධික කාලයක් අසම-සමව වැජබීමට නොහැකි බව නොකීවමනාය. කෙසේවෙතත්, 1948 අප නිදහස ලැබුවද එදවස ආර්ථික හෝ සමාජ බලය නැවත හිමි කරගත නොහැකි විය. නිදහස ලබන විට අප හා සමසමව සිටි සිංගප්පූරුව සහ මැලේසියාව වැනි රටවල් ඉදිරියට ගියහ. යුරෝපය සහ ඇමෙරිකාව ප්‍රමුඛ මිත්‍ර පාක්ෂිකයින් ඉතා වේගයෙන් ලෝක ආර්ථික බලය හිමි කරගත්හ. එවැන්නකට මුල් වූ සමාජ, ආර්ථික සහ අධ්‍යාත්මික ප්‍රතිපත්තීන් පිළිබඳව විමසීම කාලින අවශ්‍යතාවයක් බව වර්තමානයේදී වන සිදුවිම් විමර්ශනයේදී පෙනී යයි. එබැවින්, අපටම ආවේණික ආර් ථික හා සමාජ සංවර් ධන මොඩලයක් ගොඩනංවමින්, වසර 2056 දී එළඹෙන 2600 වැනි ජාතික පදනම් සංවත්සරයේදී අප සමාජය සිටිය යුතු තැන පිළිබඳව විග්‍රහය, බුද්ධිමණ්ඩල ස්වරූපයෙන් (Think Tank) සංගායනා කිරීම “උපායමාර්ගික ප්‍රතිපත්ති නියෝජිතායතනය” විසින් සිදු කෙරේ.෴

We would not have been proud for more than 2,500 years, creating vast world sacred works, without the strong, stable, and sustainable economic power we had during the Anuradhapura-Pollonnaru era for 1,750 years and the related sustainable policies. However, even though we gained independence in 1948, we could not regain the power had those days. Countries like Singapore and Malaysia, which were at par with us at the time of independence, moved forward. Allies led by Europe and America quickly gained world power. Therefore, by building our own unique economic and social development wealth model, the analysis of where our society should be in the coming 2600th anniversary of the Nation Foundation in the year 2056 is done by the “Strategic Policy Agency“. ෴
